Ledger-Enquirer Boosts Users, Traffic and Revenue With NGO

The Ledger-Enquirer upgraded to our premium obituary platform, Next Generation Obituary (NGO), in 2016 and saw big traffic gains for their online obituaries. NGO's added features also allowed them to increase their rates by 27%, which drove significant additional revenue for their obituary category. 

Trends in Funeral Service: Celebration of Life

Does the percentage of celebrations of life differ in various parts of the United States? For this analysis, we reviewed all of the obituaries in our database from 2011 and 2016. Then calculated the percentage of obituaries for each state that contained the phrase “celebration of life.” Here’s what we found.
